Meet Our Coaches
Faizol Bouchard
CEO, Founder & Head Trainer
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Strength, Conditioning & Sports Nutrition Specialist
Faizol’s passion for athletic performance began long before he stepped into coaching. As a student-athlete at Staley High School, he developed the discipline, resilience, and competitive drive that would shape his future. His commitment to the game earned him a football scholarship to Northwest Missouri State University, where he played for four years and deepened both his physical and mental approach to athletics.
Although a series of knee injuries ended his playing career, that setback opened the door to his true purpose—coaching.
Faizol began his coaching career at North Kansas City High School, where he spent five years mentoring young athletes and refining his approach to developing high-potential talent. During this time, he founded Bouchard Speed & Agility (BSA) with a mission to help youth and high school athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident in their sport.
Today, Faizol is dedicated to training the next generation of athletes. His focus is on elevating speed, agility, mechanics, and overall athletic performance—while instilling confidence, work ethic, and a belief in what each athlete can achieve. He remains passionate about watching athletes grow, transform, and reach the next level of their game.
Kahluna Bouchard

A proven champion on and off the field.
Coach Kahluna Bouchard brings a powerful blend of athletic achievement, discipline, and coaching experience to the BSA team. A standout athlete in high school, he earned state champion honors and was recognized as both an All-District and All-State running back. On the track, he became a 3-time State medalist—demonstrating elite speed, focus, and competitive excellence.
He continued his athletic career at William Jewell College, competing in both football and track & field. Following college, Coach Bouchard transitioned into coaching, returning to Staley High School and later serving as the boys’ sprinter coach at North Kansas City High School.
Today, he teaches at the Northland Career Center while leading the boys’ sprinters, helping athletes refine their mechanics, build power, increase speed, and develop confidence on and off the track.
Coach Bouchard is committed to developing the next generation of athletes—and bringing out the best in every student he trains.
